The apartment is excellent next to local beaches and the buses as well as St Ives, Carbis Bay and Lelent. It has amazing setting within walking distance of the train station.

Can recommend, no complaint. Excellent apartment, access to kitchenette, newly renovated bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Nice sleep on the very comfy bed. Warm welcome from owner.

Cozy bed and sofa bed were super comfy. The room had central heating and an iron, which was handy. Enjoyed a relaxing bath, plus the location at the end of the road was lovely. 🛁

The location here is fantastic, with easy access to a nearby beach, a pub, and beautiful views of the area that are perfect for a wedding, and if you dine at a restaurant close by called Story by the Sea, you're in for a treat.

I had a fantastic stay at this place, which was conveniently located by the church, with great facilities like a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron, not to mention the lovely addition of a bath in the private bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at 11 Longstone House. Jimmy and Dee were fantastic hosts, always available to help and provide useful information. The apartment was immaculately clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Cornwall, with Carbis Bay being a beautiful area to stay in. The train journey to St Ives was charming and the coastal walk to the town was a must-do, offering stunning views along the way. a lovely self-catering experience and great value for money.

carbis bay is always a favorite, but 11 longstone house exceeded expectations. the hosts were lovely, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. great location for exploring cornwall.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely self-catering apartment in St. Ives. The hosts, Dee and Jimmy, were incredibly helpful and great at communicating. Although the place is a little outside the town center, it's just a short bus or car ride away. Plus, there's an amazing fish and chips place next door, Becks! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a self-catering stay. The only downside was the lack of WiFi, but Dee assured me it's coming soon. Considering the time of year, the value for money was more than fair compared to pricey B&B options. I would happily stay there again. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation experience.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The bathroom was also decent, with a good shower and plenty of towels provided. We felt secure during our stay and the handling of the keys was easy. The check-in process was prompt and efficient. the location of the apartment was convenient, with a relatively easy walk to the beach and amenities nearby.

One negative aspect was that the apartment felt hot and stuffy, with only two small opening windows and a thick duvet. We ended up purchasing an electric fan to help with the temperature.

I recently stayed at this great apartment in Carbis Bay for a few days. The hosts, Jimmy and Dee, were lovely and helpful. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, except for a sieve. It's a self-catering accommodation, and it's conveniently located near where my family stayed. The one-bedroom flat had a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. The parking space was a bit small for larger cars. Jimmy and Dee even left us a bottle of wine. it was an adorable, clean, and well-equipped apartment.

Great self catering apartment! Dee and Jimmy were really helpful and communicated well. The facilities were lovely and great for a self catering stay. The location was good for seeing Cornwall, with a beautiful beach and a quaint coastal walk nearby. The walk from the church to the beach and along the beach was absolutely lovely. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and welcoming, with homely rooms and a comfy sofa bed. The fresh milk, biscuits, and tea/coffee provided were a nice touch.

The walk up from the beach was challenging, as it was quite steep. It would have been nice to have more options within walking distance, like a pub, especially on days when the weather wasn't good.
